Frame: Made out of SS 202 , (304 on request) duly argon welded.
Fabricated in 16 swg: SS 304

Top:
Generally made from 16 swg: SS-304 All sides bended twice with best workmanship

Front and control panels:
Fabricated from 18 swg SS-304 quality steel.

Side panels, under shelves, over head shelves & covering:
Fabricated from 18 swg SS-304 quality steel. SS-202, 304 grade (on request) with stiffeners underneath for support.

Electrical heathers:
They are thermostatically controlled with on/off Rotary Switch. Specially designed tubular element, fiber coated wiring to withstand heat and indicating pilot lamps.

Insulations:
Whatever required with glass wool.

Sink unit:
Fabricated with radious corners and welding done by argon gas. top and sink bowls are made from 16 swg SS-304 grade.

Bain marie:
Top inner water tank fabricated in 16 swg SS-304 grade. Container ar either round or square in shape (customer choice) provided in SS-304 grade.
