Insulations: Whatever required with glass wool. Sink unit: Fabricated with radious corners and welding done by argon gas. top and sink bowls are made from 16 swg SS-304 grade. Bain marie: Top inner water tank fabricated in 16 swg SS-304 grade. Container ar either round or square in shape (customer choice) provided in SS-304 grade.
